Founded in Pesaro in 1965 by Lino Miccichè and Bruno Torri, the Pesaro Film Festival has been under the artistic direction of Giovanni Spagnoletti since 2000. Besides being known for its copious and original publications, the festival has also become synonymous with discoveries, showcases of emerging film industries and special events.
