Awarded by the International Jury to the best Italian short film of the competition.
Veneto in Short
Awarded by the International Jury, with a special prize by Gazzettino newspaper, to the best short film made in Veneto Region.
Short in Web
Awarded by the International Jury to the best short film online. A Special Mention will be given to the short film most clicked on the website www.corriere.it.
Rtp2 – Onda Curta Award
The Prize is awarded by João Garção Borges, buyer of Onda Curta, the only program in Portugal entirely dedicated to short films and it consists of the selection and acquisition of short films chosen among the ones in the competition. The shorts selected will be broadcasted at RTP2.
Cicae Off Award
Best European Short Film Off Best European Short Cicae Award is created in collaboration with CICAE (International Confederation of Art Cinemas), Agence du Court-métrage (Paris, France), KurzfilmAgentur (Hamburg, Germany), CNC National Centre for Short Films (Italy) and Swiss Film (Switzerland). The prize will be awarded to the best European short film of Circuito Off. The film will be chosen by a jury of Art Cinemas schedulers and by promoters of the agencies who will meet during the festival. The prize consists in acquiring or sharing the film rights or in alternative proposals for distribution.
Ca’ Foscari Award
Ca’ Foscari University students will assign an award for the “best short film for research”, to the film which expresses the most the values of experimentation, innovation and originality of expression. The award will be given to a movie among all the four selections of this edition 2010: therefore, students will have the opportunity to view and discuss a very representative selection of the most interesting contemporary production, national and international, of short films. The students will be guided by a member of the jury of Circuito Off.
Hors Pistes – Centre Pompidou Award
The award consists in the screening of a short film at the Centre Pompidou in Paris on Thursday the 21st October 2010.
Special Mention
To the short film most voted by the audience during the Festival. The jury has the right to assign special mentions of various types.
