Rome by night. Beneath a bridge of the Tiber, a man moves just like a professional killer, shooting a young man first -a “heavy metal” fan- then a spoiled little girl, and at last a woman who talks too much. He closes their corpses in three bags and throws them into the river, walking away undisturbed. Once home, the man’s rest is tormented by nightmares, but once awake, we’ll find out that his murders where only dreams. The dreams of a simple man, incapable of defending himself from the vexations of his horrible neighbors. As every day, the man will have to live up to the “heavy metal” fan, the spoiled little brat, and the tormenting caretaker (all alive and well), opposing his only weapons: self-control and the ability of resignation, hoping one day, something might happen…or is dream about to begin, again…?
