A poet's life. Agostino writes novels and verse, but the editors keep their distance. He lives in a basement with the door always open and it's not easy making ends meet. Being the custodian of a private school isn't suitable for someone like him, whose life consists of wanderings and long silences, encounters with women who all want him, but he only wants the one that left him. A film shot in a very independent manner much like the personality of its main character. A film against the vulgarity in the world, against gossip, against every surrender.
