The Christmas holidays are nearing. Ricky, a ten-year-old who attends fifth grade at a private school, shows no particular interest in the festive atmosphere, because he understands that there is trouble between his parents. Though the two do everything they can to keep from involving him in their problems, the child cannot help but feel a deep sadness, to the point of wishing that Christmas, the most important family holiday of the year, be over as quickly as possible, as if it were a bothersome disease. One day, finding a computer left on in a classroom, he uses the keyboard to write a message asking for help, in the hope that it will go directly to the angels in Paradise. A short while later, a university student arrives at Ricky's school on a roaring motorcycle. His name is Gabriele and he resembles Ricky's favourite superhero: Trashcrash.
