Simone, a boy of ten, has to spend all the summer at home under the ferocious gaze of his father. Outside: the sweet wind of adventure. Inside: the blackest boredom. Then from the city arrives in Simone village Lorenza, a girl of 13, a mystery with green eyes. Now is a question of life and death: Simone has to escape his home and run away with Lorenza in his fantastic reign. There, among imaginary friends who talk contrarily, or live in the dark under his bed, or are giant dwarfs, the two teenagers will search for the Matchman, the king of that enchanted bunch.
