Jackpot for Manuel at Montpellier

Triumph at the 39° Festival du Cinéma Méditerranéen of Montpellier for the first feature of Dario Albertini, Manuel.
The director and the main actor Andrea Lattanzi went to represent the movie in France where Manuel received the most important awards assigned to features:
* the Antigone d’or, that involves a win of € 15.000 offered by Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole. The award is assigned by the Jury composed by: Aure Atika (President - director and actor), Anne-Dominique Toussaint (producer), Swann Arlaud (actor), Tahar Ben Jelloun (writer) and Thierry de Perretti (director);
* the Prix de la critique BNP Paribas, that involves a win of € 2.000 for the director, assigned by the Jury composed by: Néamat Allah Hussein (Akher Saa, Egypt), Charlotte Lipinska (France Inter, Le Masque et la plume, France), Xavier Leherpeur (France Inter/I télé, France), Alain Masson (Positif, France).
* the Prix Nova, assigned by radio audience. It consists in a spot campaign for the promotion of the movie's theatrical release.
The movie has been produced by BiBi Film and world distributed by Le Pacte, which it is also its France distributor.
