Virtual Academy was created as an innovative training experience in a research and production background, set inside a technological park, a unique opportunity for students to be in an environment that offers true “on the job” training.
Virtual Academy is equipped with classrooms and fully outfitted laboratories for multimedia production and computer graphics, with workstations for digital sound and image processing. Furthermore, the student can access and use production areas, such as studios, post-production rooms, 3D laboratories.
Virtual Academy’s mission is the development of new training paths and experiences focused on state-of-the-art communication methods and techniques. Virtual Academy’s training paths last one or two years and prepare technical/creative specialists in the following areas:
• Filmmaking, VFX e Stereoscopy – One-year Course to train professionals as Compositor, Video Editor and VFX Supervisor
• 3D Computer Graphics – One or two-year Course. The training course in 3D Computer Graphics of Virtual Academy offers two choices: one year or two years.
