In order to help their friend Jana recover from the trauma of undergoing a major surgery to remove her parasitic twin, four girls, who grew up together in an orphanage, cheerfully venture into a magical island of lime rocks, natural waterfalls, and sulfur springs. The good vibe will not last long. After discovering that their boat has disappeared, the girls are stuck on the island, where fears of loneliness and feelings of alienation come back to the their minds, turning the dreamy getaway into a nightmare
