Marco is a young Italian who works in London, as marketing manager of a large cosmetics company. He is single, but shares the apartment with an Italian girl who also works in the UK. The life of the manager is tough. We are right in times of crisis and he may loose his job at any time. In fact, the girl living with Mark is fired. Overcome by fear of the future, she decides to return to Italy. Marco understands he lost a sentimental defeat. At work, the Big Boss appoints Marco as Head of Marketing of the company. But this implies a painful trap: he will have to go to Milan and fire his colleagues.
