After the reactor explosion n. 4, the Soviet government obliges 50,000 inhabitants to evacuate. Some of them try to return to their homes and are allowed to stay with the clause of taking on the responsability of any risk and danger.
Nowadays around 150 people continue to live in Chernobyl.
