Amedeo, Dedo to his friends, is a sweet and sensitive child. He madly loves art and literature, especially the verses of the poet Giorgio Caproni who he listens every day thanks to an old walk-man. It’s the only way to sidestep the surrounding reality and the rude ignorant father who sees culture only for sissies. One day Amedeo discovers an old wool coat belonged to Giorgio Caproni in the basement of an old trunk; he takes it and he decides not to take it off, causing anger and reproaches in his father. The next morning, however, the camel-colored coat is gone. Dedo begins to wander Livorno. So, his magical adventure begins. It will take him into the enchanted world of its most creative imagination.
