Lauro, the protagonist of the story, he lost his father when he was two years old.
A clue leads him to believe that his father had a second family in the past and another son. He feels betrayed.
He decides to embark on the journey in search of his past. He discovers that the natural mother was ill with leukemia during her gestation and, because of the illness, which seemed no way out, she decided to give his son to a friend. But thanks to a drug she had survived for over twenty years. Little by little, the truth begins to emerge.
