Even this year Cinecittà is organizing the selection for the next CPH:DOX Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival (March 15 - 26 marzo 2023).
The festival includes the following competitive sections:
* DOX:AWARD, the International Competition for Feature Films;
* NEW:VISION AWARD, for experimental films of any duration;
* NORDIC:DOX AWARD for mid-length and feature films from Nordic countries.
* F:ACT AWARD, for feature films with an investigative, journalistic and political theme;
* NEXT:WAVE AWARD, for films of any duration by emerging directors;
* THE POLITIKEN AUDIENCE AWARD, a cross-sectional award dedicated to feature films, to support distribution;
The prize for the winner of each section is 5,000 Euros – except for Next:Wave, 2,500 Euros, and the Politiken Audience Award.
Furthermore, the Festival offers various non-competitive sections.
General rules:
* The Festival only takes into consideration films completed after April 1, 2022;
* the Festival accepts any format and duration, including Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
* for the Competitive Sections, films in world, international and European premieres are privileged.
* a film already screened in Denmark, both at festivals and on TV and online channels, can participate in the selected ones only upon express invitation by the Festival programming managers.

To participate to the selection, we ask you to send a Vimeo link with English subtitles of the film you wish to submit to our offices, accompanied by a press book, no later than Thursday December 1st 2022.
Those who register for the selections through CINECITTA' do not have to pay the entry fee.
